(Globex) is a Canadian exploration company with a North American portfolio of properties with gold, copper, zinc, silver, platinum, palladium, uranium, rare earth, nickel, magnesium and talc potential. The Company’s exploration properties are Timmins magnesite-talc, Wood, Duquesne West, Lyndhurst, Mooseland, Nordeau gold, Poirier, Ramp, Russian Kid and Bateman Bay. Timmins magnesite-talc property consist of 17 surface rights claims and 19 mineral claims situated 13 kilometers southeast of the City of Timmis, in the southern half of Deloro Township, Porcupine Mining District, Ontario. Wood Mine property is located 50 kilometers east of the city of Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, and three kilometres east of the village of Cadillac, Quebec. The property is 184 hectares in size and consists of eight contiguous mining claims. Globex Nevada, Inc. (Globex Nevada) is the wholly owned subsidiary of Globex.
