Gold Point Energy Corp. (Gold Point) is an oil and gas exploration and development company with oil and gas interests in Central Europe, the United States and Argentina. As of December 31, 2008, the Company’s petroleum activities are conducted in Poland and the United States. The Company’s projects include Liesa Investments Sp. z.o.o, Block 106 Project, Poland; Tepee Butte Project, Hettinger County, North Dakota, and East Golitza Project, Bulgaria. Liesa Investments Sp. z.o.o, property covers approximately 554,752 gross acres. Block 106 project covers approximately 227,000 gross acres. The Company has option to earn 50% working interest in portion of the block. Tepee Butte is a one-well oil field located in Hettinger County, North Dakota. The property covers approximately 480 gross acres. In June 2009, San Leon Energy Plc completed the acquisition of Gold Point Energy Corp.
