Golden Band Resources Inc. (Golden Band) is a Canada-based, exploration-stage, natural resource company focused on the long-term exploration and development of gold from its La Ronge Gold Belt properties in northern Saskatchewan. The Company has assembled through staking and acquisition a land package in excess of 750 square kilometers, including 12 known gold deposits, four former producing gold mines, and a provincially licensed 400 tons per day gold mill and tailings facility. Golden Band’s properties include La Ronge Gold Project and Iskut River Joint Venture. Effective February 1, 2010, the Company announced that the amalgamation with its wholly owned subsidiary, Jolu Development Corporation, has been completed.
