GoldenOil Corporation is a Korea-based company engaged in the exploration and production of oil. The Company operates its business through four mining fields: El Vinalar mining field, including three oil wells such as El Vinalar Norte, Puesto Climaco and La Reina; Anticlinal Aguada Bandera mining field located at Santa Cruz state of South Argentina, which contains two oil wells; Rio Mayo Oeste mining field located at Chubut state of South Argentina, including three oil wells, and Laguna De Piedra mining field located in Argentina. The Company also markets oils. In addition, it is engaged in the mining of gold, silver, copper and zinc through La-Luz Ivan mining field located in Argentina.
