Hallmark Financial Services, Inc. (Hallmark) is an insurance holding company engaged in the sale of property/casualty insurance products to businesses and individuals. The Company offers standard commercial insurance, specialty commercial insurance, and personal insurance. Hallmark markets, distributes, underwrites and services its property/casualty insurance products through five operating units, each of which has a specific focus. It’s AHIS Operating Unit (formerly known as HGA Operating Unit) primarily handles commercial insurance. AHIS Operating Unit (formerly known as HGA Operating Unit) primarily handles standard commercial insurance. Aerospace Operating Unit specializes in general aviation insurance. Heath XS Operating Unit handles excess commercial automobile and commercial umbrella risks. Personal Lines Operating Unit (formerly known as Phoenix Operating Unit) focuses on non-standard personal automobile insurance.
