The Company is a commercial real estate financial intermediary in the country. The Company provides an array of capital markets services, including debt placement, investment sales, structured finance, private equity, investment banking and advisory services, loan sales, and commercial loan servicing. The Company's clients are both users of capital, such as property owners, and providers of capital, such as lenders and equity investors. The Company’s broker-dealer subsidiary, HFF Securities L.P. (HFF Securities), undertakes both discretionary and non-discretionary private equity raises, select property specific joint ventures, and select investment banking activities for its clients. The Company operates out of 18 offices nationwide.
