hhgregg, Inc. (hhgregg) is a specialty retailer of consumer electronics, home appliances, mattresses and related services operating under the names hhgregg and Fine Lines. As of March 31, 2009, hhgregg operated 110 stores in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina and Tennessee. hhgregg carries approximately 100 models of flat panel televisions and 350 models of appliances. The Company offers a selection of the video products, such as light emitting diode (LED) televisions, as well as Blu-ray players. Representative brands include Broksonic, Canon, JVC, LG, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Samsung, Sharp, Sony and Toshiba. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2009 (fiscal 2009), video products represented 50% of merchandise sales.
