The Company operates through two segments: the Project Management Group and the Construction Claims Group. On January 4, 2008, Hill International (UK) Ltd., Hill’s wholly owned subsidiary, acquired John Shreeves Holdings Ltd. and its operating subsidiary John Shreeves & Partners Ltd., which provides project management and cost consultancy services on primarily private-sector projects throughout the United Kingdom. In October 2008, the Company acquired Chitester Management Systems, Inc.
