The Company�s subsidiaries are engaged in the manufacturing and sale of beverages and instant noodles in the People�s Republic of China (PRC). The Company operates in three segments: beverages segment, instant noodles segment and others segment. The Company�s beverage products include juice drinks, ready to drink teas, milk tea, coffee, bottled water and yoghurt. Its instant noodle products include bowl noodles, packet noodles, and snack noodles in different flavors. In May 2011, the Company acquired the equity interest of Shanghai Cartelo Crocodile Industries Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Ruxin Leather Co., Ltd. The Company�s subsidiaries include Uni-President Asia Holdings Ltd., Uni-President Enterprises (China) Investments Ltd., Xinjiang President Enterprises Food Co., Ltd., Beijing President Enterprises Food Co., Ltd. and Kunshan President Enterprises Food Co., Ltd., among others.
