CECEP COSTIN New Materials Group Limited, formerly Costin New Materials Group Limited, is an investment holding company. The Company�s operations are substantially conducted in the People�s Republic of China (the PRC) through its direct or indirect subsidiaries. The Company has three segments: non-woven materials, which is engaged in manufacture and sale of non-woven fabrics and other types of non-woven materials; recycled chemical fibers, which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of chemical fibers produced from recycled materials, such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET) chips, and thermal resistant filtration materials, which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of thermal resistant filtration materials. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had 28 production lines for non-woven materials, including 17 stitch-bonded production lines. Its subsidiaries include COSTIN Investment Limited, Gerfalcon International Limited and others.
