The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in design, development, manufacturing, engineering and sales of, and the provision of technical maintenance service for, a range of transportation, storage and processing equipment that is used in energy, chemical and liquid food industries. The Company operates in three segments: energy equipment, chemical equipment and liquid food equipment. Energy equipment segment specializes in the manufacture and sale of a range of equipment for storage, transportation, processing and distribution of natural gas. Chemical equipment segment specializes in manufacture and sale of a range of equipment, such as tank containers. Liquid food equipment segment specializes the engineering, manufacture and sale of stainless steel tanks for storage and processing liquid food. Energy equipment is sold under the brand names of Enric, Sanctum and Hongtu.
