CNC Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The principal activity of the Company is investment holdings and provision of management services. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is engaged in the waterworks engineering services, road works and drainage services and site formation works for the public sector in Hong Kong. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, operates in two segments: provision of waterworks and civil services, which engages in the provision of waterworks engineering services, road works and drainage services and site formation works for public sector in Hong Kong, as well as television broadcasting business, which engages in the broadcasting television programs on television channels operated by television broadcasting companies in return for advertising and related revenue. On January 16, 2012, the Company changed its name to CNC Holdings Limited from Tsun Yip Holdings Limited.
