Harleysville National Corporation is the parent bank holding company of Harleysville National Bank and Trust Company (the Bank or Harleysville National Bank), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The Bank provides a range of banking services, including loans and deposits, investment management and trust and investment advisory services to individual and corporate customers located primarily in eastern Pennsylvania. The Bank engages in the full-service commercial banking and trust business, including accepting time and demand deposits, making secured and unsecured commercial and consumer loans, financing commercial transactions, making construction and mortgage loans and performing corporate pension and personal investment and trust services. The Company has two operating segments: Community Banking and Wealth Management.
