Home Federal Bancorp, Inc. (Home Federal Bancorp) is a holding company for Home Federal Bank (Home Federal or the Bank). Home Federal Bancorp is a community-oriented financial institution dedicated to serving the financial service needs of consumers and businesses within its market area. The Company engages primarily in the business of attracting deposits from the general public and using these funds to originate loans. The Company serves the Treasure Valley region of southwestern Idaho, which includes Ada, Canyon, Elmore and Gem Counties, through its 15 full-service banking offices (including six Wal-Mart in-store branch locations), two loan centers, 16 automated teller machines and Internet banking services. Idaho Home Service Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank. At September 30, 2007, Home Federal’s loan and deposit portfolios totaled $480.1 and $404,609 million, respectively.
