On March 31, 2008, Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc. completed the spin-off of its funeral services business operating under the Batesville Casket name. On October 1, 2008, Hil-Rom Holdings, Inc. acquired Liko Vardlyft AB and Liko North America Corporation (collectively Liko).
