In April 2012, Biolase Technology, Inc. purchased 159 Waterlase MD Turbo laser systems from the Company. On May 24, 2012, it acquired AUV Veterinary Services B.V. In July 2012, it announced three acquisitions, which include Ortho Technology, Inc., Modern Laboratory Services and Accord. In September 2012, the Company acquired a majority interest in The Exan Group (Exan). In December 2012, the Company acquired C&M Vetlink. Effective February 18, 2013, the Company acquired Maddox Practice Group.
