Curtiss-Wright Corporation is engaged in delivering engineered, critical function products and services to the commercial, industrial, defense and energy markets. The Company operates through three segments: Flow Control, Controls and Surface Technologies. The Flow Control segment designs and manufactures various products, including valves, pumps, motors, generators, instrumentation, shipboard systems, vessels, control electronics, and energy production and processing solutions. The Controls segment designs, develops, manufactures and maintains mechanical actuation and drive systems, specialized sensors, motors and electronic controller units, and embedded computing components and control systems. Flight Systems division’s product offerings to the commercial original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and aerospace defense markets consist of electro-mechanical and hydro-mechanical actuation control components and systems.
