From seed veggies hanging on the vine, Hartung Brothers does it all. The agribusiness company produces seed corn and vegetable crops (cucumbers, peas, snap beans, sweet corn, beets, greens, and carrots) at farms in Illinois, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, and Wisconsin. Hartung Brothers subsidiary H&N Logistics offers vegetable, fertilizer, and machinery transportation using its fleet of 100 trucks. Twin brothers Don and Dan Hartung (president and VP, respectively), formed the company in 1975 while they were still in high school. In 2009 the company sold its fertilizer division to The Andersons.
