If you drive a Honda Odyssey, your minivan's Sweet Home is probably in Alabama. Honda Manufacturing of Alabama (HMA) manufactures Honda Odyssey minivans, the Honda Pilot SUV, the Ridgeline pickup, and the Acura MDX luxury SUV. The company's plant in Lincoln, Alabama (near Talladega), expanded its operations and makes up to 340,000 vehicles each year. The 3.6 million-square-foot facility is Honda's largest light truck producer. In addition to vehicle production, Honda Manufacturing of Alabama also makes V-6 Honda engines. Honda Manufacturing of Alabama began production in 2001; it is part of Honda Motor's Honda of America Mfg. division.
