INCA Designs, Inc. (INCA), formerly known as Transportation Safety Technology, Inc., together with its subsidiary, S2 New York Design Corp. (S2), designs, contracts for the manufacture of, and retails collections of resort wear, swimwear and accessories. The INCA brand is sold in the United States, Europe, the Middle East and the Caribbean. S2 was acquired on May 21, 2007. S2 has two wholly owned subsidiaries, INCA on LEX, LLC and INCA of South Beach, LLC.
