Imaging Diagnostic Systems, Inc. (IDSI) is a development-stage medical technology company. The Company is engaged in the business of developing and testing of a Computed Tomography Laser Breast Imaging System for detecting breast cancer (CT Laser Mammography (CTLM)). As of June 30, 2009, IDSI was in the process of commercializing the CTLM in certain international markets, where approvals to market have been secured although CTLM is not approved for sale in the United States. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2009 (fiscal 2009), the Company had no revenues from its operations.
