iomart Group plc is engaged in the provision of Web hosting and managed hosting services through a network of owned data centers. As of March 31, 2009, the Company was organized into two business segments: Easyspace, which provides a range of managed Web hosting services and domain name registration services, and Hosting, which is engaged in the provision of managed hosting facilities and services through a network of owned data centers. On July 9, 2008, the Company completed the sale of its subsidiary, Ufindus Limited, to British Telecommunications plc. In May 2009, the Company acquired Rapidswitch Limited.
