The Company’s primary business is investing in real estate. In addition, it has investments in unconsolidated subsidiaries and investee. The Company has two operating segments: commercial properties and land. In November 2008, the Company divested the apartment segment. During the year ended December 31, 2008, its properties include three commercial properties, consisting an office building, an industrial warehouse and a shopping center and 211 acres of unimproved land.
