Infinity Property and Casualty Corporation (Infinity) is a holding company that, through subsidiaries, provides personal automobile insurance with a concentration on nonstandard auto insurance. The Company also writes standard and preferred personal auto insurance, monoline commercial auto insurance and classic collector automobile insurance. Infinity distributes its products primarily through a network of over 12,500 independent agencies and brokers (with approximately 16,000 locations). During the year ended December 31, 2008, independent agencies were responsible for approximately 96% of Infinity’s gross written premiums.
