Claymore/Zacks Dividend Rotation ETF (the Fund) seeks investment results that correspond to the performance of an equity index called the Zacks Dividend Rotation Index (the Index). The Index consists of approximately 100 stocks selected, based on investment and other criteria, from a universe of the 1,500 largest listed equity companies (based on market capitalization) that pay dividends at least annually (in any amount). The universe of companies eligible for inclusion in the Index consists of all United States stocks listed on domestic exchanges, including American depositary receipts (ADRs) and master limited partnerships (MLPs). The companies in the universe are selected using a methodology developed by its index provider, Zacks Investment Research, Inc. (Zacks). The Index will include companies with capitalizations between $200 million and $450 billion, which include companies of all market capitalizations as defined by Zacks. Its investment advisor is Claymore Advisors, LLC.
