Ironwood Gold Corp. (Ironwood), formerly Suraj Ventures, Inc., is a pre-exploration stage company. Ironwood is engaged in the exploration of a mineral claim known as the Arjun Claim (Arjun) located in the Republic of India. The Arjun is located approximately 101 kilometers (62.7 miles) north of Thiruvanathapuram, the capital of the State of Kerala, India. As of August 31, 2009, it had not generated any revenues. On October 6, 2009, the Company formed a wholly owned subsidiary, Ironwood Gold Corp. On October 8, 2009, the Company merged with its wholly owned subsidiary, Ironwood Gold Corp.
