Environmental Technologies Division is a global supplier of catalysts and related technologies for applications, such as pollution control and cleaner fuel. Precious Metal Products Division is focused on the marketing, distribution, fabrication, refining and recycling of precious metals and their products. Fine Chemicals & Catalysts Division is a global supplier of fine chemicals, catalysts and other specialty chemical products. On March 2, 2009, it acquired 49% interest of Alfa Aesar China Limited. In October 2009, Catalytic Solutions, Inc. sold the principal assets and liabilities of its energy systems business, Applied Utility Systems, Inc. (AUS), to Johnson Matthey PLC.
