Liberty Tax Service provides computerized tax preparation services to clients through some 3,200 offices throughout the US and in Canada. More than 1,700 franchisees operate the locations, which are known to have costumed Uncle Sams or Lady Liberties waving out front. The company's eSmart Tax product allows customers to file their taxes online. Liberty Tax Service also offers tax-preparation courses, IRS forms, tax calculators, and related programs and services.
