WisdomTree Dreyfus Japanese Yen Fund (the Fund) is an exchange traded fund (ETF). The Fund seeks to earn current income reflective of money market rates in Japan available to foreign investors, as well as provide exposure to movements in the Japanese Yen relative to the United States dollar. The Fund also seeks to maintain liquidity and preserve capital measured in Japan. The Fund invests in very short-term, investment grade instruments. The Fund focuses its investments in specific regions or countries.
