It re-opened The Actress in January 2010. As of March 26, 2011, the Company’s portfolio consisted of The Actress, The Alexandra, The Anglesea Arms, The Belle Vue, The Bishop, The Black Swan, The Boaters Inn, The Clarence, The Durell Arms, The Florence, The George, The Golden Lion, The Havelock Tavern, The Hemingford Arms, The Hog in the Pound, The Inn at Kew Gardens & Kew Gardens Hotel, The Ladbroke Arms, The Larrik Inn and The Merchant. In March 2011, the Company acquired the freehold of The Mansion. In February 2011, it acquired the lease of New Cross House. In May 2010, the freehold of The Marquis of Granby was disposed. During the fiscal year ended March 26, 2011 (fiscal 2011), the Company acquired Capital Pub Company Trading Limited (CPCT).
