Agricon Global Corporation, formerly BayHill Capital Corporation, is a development-stage company. The Company conducts its business through Canola Property Ghana Limited (CPGL). On March 31, 2012, Agricon acquired 100% shares of CPGL. As of June 30, 2012, the Company had not generated any revenue. All of the Company's operations, in Ghana, are conducted through its wholly owned Ghanaian subsidiary. As of June 30, 2012, the Company�s business activity has been acquiring all the shares of CPGL and locating appropriate land that might be leased for cultivating and harvesting agricultural products in Ghana through the CPGL.
