L.B. Foster Company is a manufacturer, fabricator and distributor of products and services for the rail, construction, energy and utility markets across North America and Europe. L.B. Foster has three segments: Rail Products, Construction Products and Tubular Products. Under the Rail Products segment, the Company provides a line of new and used rail, trackwork and accessories to railroads, mines and industry. Under the Construction Products segment, the Company markets steel sheet piling, H-bearing piling and pipe piling, and provides rental sheet piling for foundation requirements. The Company supplies precast concrete buildings, bridge decking, bridge railing, expansion joints and other products for highway construction and repair. Under the Tubular Products segment, the Company supplies pipe coatings for natural gas pipelines and utilities. The Company also produces threaded pipe products for industrial water well and irrigation markets.
