Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc., is a financial holding company. The Company is the parent of Texas Capital Bank, National Association (the Bank). The Bank provides commercial banking services to its customers in Texas and concentrates on middle market commercial businesses and successful professionals and entrepreneurs. The Company offers a range of loan, deposit account and other financial products and services to its customers.
