Indigo Books & Music Inc. is a Canada-based book, gift and toy retailer. The Company operates stores in 10 provinces and one territory in Canada, and offers online sales through its Website. The Company operates around 91 superstores under the banners Chapters and Indigo, and around 127 small format stores under the banners Coles, Indigospirit, SmithBooks and The Book Company. The Company also has approximately 50% interest in Calendar Club of Canada Limited Partnership (Calendar Club), which operates seasonal kiosks and year-round stores in shopping malls across Canada. The Company has two loyalty programs: irewards, a fee-based loyalty program, and the plum rewards program, a free points-based loyalty program. Both programs offer discounts, and plum rewards also offers points on all products in the stores. Combined, the irewards and plum rewards programs have a total of around 7.5 million members.
