Wolf Petroleum Ltd, formerly Strzelecki Metals Limited, is principally engaged in the exploration for molybdenum (Mo), copper (Cu), gold and other precious metals. The Company has two geographical segments: Australia and Poland. Its Myszkow Mo/Cu project is located in South-West Poland near the towns of Myszkow and Zarki, some 80 kilometers to the north-west of the city of Krakow. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company applied for tenements in the Copper rich Kupferschieffer Basin. Its Australian projects include Steere River, Paragon and West Musgrave. As of June 30, 2010, it held 80% interest in Steere River and 50% interest in Paragon. As of October 2, 2012, the Company had a relevant interest of 59.9% of Wolf Petroleum Limited's shares. As of October 16, 2012, the Company held an interest of 91.1% in Wolf Petroleum Limited.
