Kaman Corporation is a diversified company that conducts business in the aerospace and industrial distribution markets. The Company's businesses are divided into Industrial Distribution and four reporting segments within the aerospace industry: Aerostructures, Precision Products, Helicopters, and Specialty Bearings (collectively, the Aerospace segments). On March 31, 2008, the Company’s Industrial Distribution segment acquired Industrial Supply Corp (ISC) and on October 7, 2008 the segment acquired Industrial Rubber and Mechanics, Inc. (INRUMEC). On June 12, 2008, the Company’s Aerostructures segment acquired Brookhouse.
