SPDR KBW Capital Markets ETF (the Fund) is an open-end investment management company. The Fund seeks to replicate as closely as possible, the performance of the KBW Capital Markets Index (the Index). The Index is a float adjusted modified-market capitalization-weighted index that seeks to reflect the performance of United States publicly traded companies that do business as broker-dealers, asset managers, trust and custody banks or exchanges. The Index comprises of companies active in the United States capital markets that are listed on the New York Stock Exchange, or another United States national securities exchange, or National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation (NASDAQ) stock market. The Fund generally invests all, but at least 95%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the Index. The Fund’s investment adviser is SSgA Funds Management, Inc.
