Potash One Inc. (Potash One) is a Canadian-based natural resource company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of potash mineral properties. The Company’s legacy potash project is located in southern Saskatchewan, Canada (the Legacy Project). The Company’s mineral properties include McConnell River, Broken Hill and Saskatchewan Potash Properties. The Company is in the development stage and as of April 30, 2009, the Company had not earned any revenue from operations. On July 14, 2008, the Company acquired Invictus Minerals Corporation. On April 16, 2009, the Company acquired Potash North Resource Corporation.
