KGI Securities Co. Ltd. is principally engaged in securities brokerage, proprietary trading and underwriting. For its brokerage business, the Company provides brokerage services of domestic and overseas securities, trading and financing of securities and loan services. For its proprietary business, the Company is involved in the trading of securities, futures and derivatives. For capital market business, the Company assists the listing of public companies. The Company is also involved in bond trading, securities and stocks service agency, wealth management business, as well as derivative product related businesses. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company obtained approximately 58% and 37% of its total revenue from securities brokerage business and securities proprietary trading business, respectively.
