Kilo Goldmines Ltd. (Kilo), formerly Blue Ribbon Capital Corporation, is a Canada-based development stage company. The Company is engaged in the exploration of mineral resource properties. It initiated diamond drilling activities on the KGL-MASTERS properties, including PR 8437, which covers 102 square kilometers, and PR2634 which covers 309 square kilometers. A total of 1,781.70 meters of diamond drilling were carried out in 10 holes, over a strike length of 400 meters, on the M2 gold occurrence. During fiscal year ended September 30, 2009 (fiscal 2009), a total of 12 holes for 2,574.10 meters were drilled on the M3 Target, one hole totaling 138.71 meters was drilled on the M4 target, and 56 meters are drilled in two holes on the M1 Target, on PR2634. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is Kilo Goldmines Inc.
