IOI Properties Group Berhad is a property development company. The Company’s principal activities include property development, property investment, leisure and hospitality. The Company is engaged in the development of comprehensive suburban townships along the corridors in Klang Valley, Penang Island and Southern Johor in Malaysia. The Company’s property investment portfolio comprises mainly retail and office space totalling approximately 242,000 square metres of net lettable space, which includes IOI Malls, One and Two IOI Square, Puchong Financial Corporate Centre and IOI Boulevard in Puchong, Selangor. It owns and manages hotels, shopping malls, golf courses and office blocks in Malaysia. The Company also develops commercial buildings designed to meet the green building index.
