Kook Je Electric Korea Co., Ltd is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture of semiconductor equipment. The Company mainly manufactures three categories of products: diffusion furnaces, low pressure chemical vapor deposition (LP CVD) systems and atomic layer deposition (ALD) systems. The Company also provides controllers and other components, as well as set-up and after sales services. On October 1, 2012, the Company completed the merger with its wholly owned subsidiary, mainly engaged in the manufacturing and improvement of semiconductor equipment.
