Kronos Worldwide, Inc. is a global producer and marketer of value-added titanium dioxide pigments (TiO2). The Company, along with its distributors and agents, sells and provides technical services for its products to over 4,000 customers in approximately 100 countries with sales in Europe and North America. The Company also owns and operates an ilmenite mine in Norway, manufactures and sells iron-based chemicals, which are co-products and processed co-products of sulfate and chloride process TiO2 pigment production, and manufacture and sell titanium oxychloride and titanyl sulfate, which are side-stream products from the production of TiO2. The Company’s subsidiary is Louisiana Pigment Company, L.P.
