KSW, Inc. furnishes and installs heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and process piping systems for institutional, industrial, commercial, residential and public works projects. The Company also serves as a mechanical trade manager, performing project management services relating to the mechanical trades. It conducts operations through its wholly owned subsidiary, KSW Mechanical Services, Inc. Some of the Company’s projects include Cardiovascular Center at New York Presbyterian Hospital, a hotel/rental building in Manhattan at 839 Sixth Avenue, an apartment building at 320 West 38th Street, a hotel/condominium complex at 123 Washington Street, the Trump project at 246 Spring Street, and several residential condominium projects along Brooklyn’s waterfront. The Company’s primary business is providing HVAC and process piping systems under direct contracts with owners of buildings or subcontracts with general contractors or construction managers.
