Key Tronic Corporation (Key Tronic) is an independent provider of electronic manufacturing services (EMS) for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). The Company is an independent manufacturer of keyboards for computers in the United States. It is a manufacturer of input devices for terminals, word processors and personal computers. Key Tronic provides manufacturing services for outsourced OEM products. Key Tronic provides a mix of EMS services, including product design, surface mount technologies (SMT) for printed circuit board assembly, tool making, precision plastic molding, liquid injection molding, automated tape winding, prototype design and full product builds. The Company markets its products and services primarily through its direct sales department. The Company operates in facilities in the United States, Mexico and China. Key Tronic also designs and develops tooling for injection molding and manufactures the majority of plastic parts used in the products it manufactures.
