Kuwait Investment Company SAK is a Kuwait-based company engaged in the provision of investment services. The Company, together with its subsidiaries, is active in security trading and investment, real estate investment, property rental and management, underwriting bonds and certificates of deposit issues, time deposits acceptance and placement with financial institutions, foreign exchange contracts, portfolio management for clients and maritime transport. Its services are structured into three main divisions, namely Asset Management, which offers local and international investments, and brokerage services; Treasury manages the finances of the Company in domestic and international markets and provides advice to clients on foreign exchange spot trading, purchase of Kuwaiti Dinar and treasury bonds/bills, lending deposits to banks, and Islamic products, and Corporate Finance provides restructuring, joint venture capitals, merger and acquisition, and private placement services.
