KWG Resources Inc. (KWG) is an exploration-stage company with properties in Ontario, Canada. KWG has two property groups: the chromite, nickel, base metal group and the diamond group held in a wholly owned subsidiary, Debuts Diamonds Inc. (DDI). During the year ended December 31, 2008, the exploration focus of KWG-Spider joint venture was the chromite occurrence. During 2008, the drilling program included 19 drill holes, 14 of which continued the testing of the chrome occurrence. The occurrence is referred to as the Big Daddy Chromite Deposit. This deposit is located approximately 3.6 kilometers northeast of Noront Resources Limited’s (Noront) Eagle One Magmatic Massive Sulphide (Nickel Copper and PGM), or five kilometers northeast of Noront’s Blackbird (Chromite) discoveries, as well as four kilometers southwest of Freewest’s Black Thor Chromite discoveries.
