Los Andes Copper Ltd. is a Canada-based mineral exploration and development company, which is focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of advanced-stage copper deposits in Latin America. The Company operates through three segments: mineral exploration, hydroelectric project and corporate, and has operations in over two geographical areas, Canada and Chile. The Company owns Vizcachitas porphyry copper-molybdenum project, which is located approximately 120 kilometers north of Santiago, Region V, Chile. Based on over 40,380 meters of drilling in approximately 150 diamond drill holes, the Vizcachitas porphyry copper-molybdenum project contains an indicated resource of over 1,040 metric ton grading 0.373% copper and 0.012% molybdenum, and an additional inferred resource of approximately 320 metric ton grading 0.345% copper and 0.013% molybdenum at a 0.3% copper equivalent cut-off. The Company's subsidiary, Rocin SPA indirectly holds the Rocin River water rights.
