Shenandoah Telecommunications Company is a diversified telecommunications holding company. The Company through its operating subsidiaries provides both regulated and unregulated telecommunications services to end-user customers and other communications providers Virginia, West Virginia, central Pennsylvania and western Maryland. The Company offers a suite of voice, video and data communications services based on the products and services provided by the Company�s operating subsidiaries. The Company has three segments: Wireless, Cable and Wireline. The Wireless segment provides digital wireless service to a portion of a four-state area covering the region from Harrisburg, York and Altoona, Pennsylvania, to Harrisonburg, Virginia as a Sprint PCS Affiliate of Sprint Nextel. The Cable segment provides video, Internet and voice services in Virginia, West Virginia and Maryland.
