Neuberger Berman High Yield Strategies Fund (the Fund), formerly Lehman Brothers/First Trust Income Opportunity Fund, is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to seek high total return (income plus capital appreciation). The Fund pursues its investment objective by investing its assets primarily in high-yield debt securities. The Fund will normally invest at least 80% of its managed assets in investments offering high current income, which generally will be in the lower rating categories of rating agencies. The Fund invests in Neuberger Berman Prime Money Fund. It invests in industries, such as auto parts and equipment, automotive, health services, packaging, technology and electronics, beverage, gaming and gas distribution. The Fund’s investment advisor and administrator is Neuberger Berman Management LLC. Its sub-advisor is Neuberger Berman Fixed Income LLC.
